"MOST OF YOU KNOW THAT I DON'T EAT VEGTABLES OR FRUIT. SO MY DIET CONSISTED MAINLY OF WHAT I DIDN'T EAT. THESE ARE THE THINGS I QUIT:
1 SODA
2 FRIED FOODS
3 POTATOES
4 ALL ITALIAN FOOD
5 WHITE BREAD
6 CANDY & COOKIES
7 CHOCOLATE

WHAT I DO EAT:
1.OATMEAL WITH FLAXSEED
2 HONEY NUT CHERRIOS
3 GRILLED FISH
4 PORK
5 CHICKEN
7 CRANBERRY JUICE DIET
8 NUTS ALMONDS NO SALTED
9 PEANUT BUTTER NON FAT
10 ANYTHING WITH LOTS OF PROTEIN

WHEN YOU EAT RIGHT USE THE RIGHT UTENCIL CHOPSTICKS WITH ONE HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. WHEN YOU EAT READ A GOOD BOOK. LIKE THE ONE CATHY AND TOM GAVE MARGIE AND I, "YOUNGER NEXT YEAR." THIS BOOK WILL GET YOU MOTIVATED.

MY DIET'S NOT THE ONLY THING THAT HAS HELPED ME LOSE WEIGHT IT WAS ALSO THE WORK OUTS AT THE GYM 7 DAYS A WEEK. 7DAYS ON THE TREAD MILL AND 3 DAYS ON THE WEIGHT MACHINES.

BECAUSE OF THESE 2 MY DOCTOR HAS NOW TAKEN ME OFF MY DIABETIC MEDICINE AND CUT MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE IN HALF.

I FEEL LIKE THE DURACELL BUNNY MORE ENERGIZED, BUT I STILL WON'T FIT INTO A SPEEDO.
